For the past twenty years (and counting), Arianna has poured much of her heart into exquisitely designing custom experiences. From managing and producing hundreds of full-scale events under luxury resorts and a wedding planning firm, to establishing her own business, she has cultivated a reputation that precedes her.
Her highly considerate yet transparent style is marked by precision, her calm yet confident presence, genuine passion for curating lasting memories, and strong connections with vendors and venues. All positioning her in the perfect place to serve her clients well.
For Arianna, witnessing a client’s joy – while savoring every minute as guests of their celebration – is the beauty of her work.
As a resident of Los Cabos, Arianna enjoys spending her downtime with her loved ones — especially her two sons, exercising outdoors in a group setting, and finding small pockets to unwind while appreciating her vacation-like surroundings.

With more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and events, Glendy brings a remarkable blend of expertise, warmth, and thoughtful attention to every celebration she touches. Her career includes leadership roles with The Ritz-Carlton and Montage Los Cabos, where she spent years refining the art of exceptional service, event production, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
As Senior Event Planner at Arianna Ocampo Creative, Glendy approaches each wedding with a calm confidence and genuine care, thoughtfully guiding our couples while ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.
Beyond celebrations, Glendy’s heart belongs to her family. She happily shares her home and plenty of love with their two dogs.
Lorena Zamora
Design & Operations Manager
Originally from Mexico City, Lorena studied Hospitality Management and Marketing before beginning her career in Food & Beverage, where she developed a deep understanding of thoughtful service and the importance of anticipating the needs of others.
A summer work experience first brought her to Los Cabos, and she quickly fell in love with the destination. After graduating, she returned to continue building her career and eventually discovered a passion for weddings bringing together her hospitality background with her natural eye for design, thoughtful details, and beautifully considered experiences.
As Design & Operations Manager at Arianna Ocampo Creative, Lorena works at the intersection of creativity and execution. She loves listening to each couple, understanding what matters most to them, and helping translate their vision into a celebration that feels personal, cohesive, and distinctly their own.
Her favorite moment is watching the bride walk down the aisle the instant when months of ideas, decisions, and careful preparation finally come together. She is equally moved by the quieter, heartfelt moments: a father-daughter dance, words shared by parents, and the emotions that make each celebration unforgettable.
For Lorena, beautiful design is only part of the experience. What matters most is that every couple feels genuinely cared for, completely at ease, and free to embrace the celebration unfolding around them.

With five years devoted to luxury events including two years bringing destination weddings to life throughout Los Cabos, Ana Villegas has built her career around precision, thoughtful organization, and an unwavering attention to detail. Working closely alongside Arianna Ocampo, she has developed her approach within the standards and philosophy that define every AOC experience.
Warm and intuitive yet exceptionally organized, Ana has a natural ability to make couples feel at ease from the very first conversation. Having spent half her life in Mexico and half in the United States, she also understands firsthand what it means to plan a meaningful celebration away from home and navigate the nuances between cultures.
As Event Planner at Arianna Ocampo Creative, Ana thoughtfully oversees the many particulars that allow a wedding weekend to unfold seamlessly from carefully crafted timelines and vendor coordination to the countless behind-the-scenes details that couples never need to see.
For Ana, one of the greatest joys is watching a couple genuinely enjoy the journey of bringing their celebration to life, confident that every detail is being cared for. It is the quiet, intentional work behind the scenes that ultimately gives them the freedom to simply be present.
When she steps away from weddings, Ana treasures time with her daughter in Los Cabos exploring the beach, enjoying the outdoors, and embracing the simple moments that make this destination feel like home.
Ana Sofía Hidalgo
Lead event designer
Born and raised in Los Cabos, Ana Sofía Hidalgo has always been drawn to creativity, art, and the beauty found in thoughtful details. She studied Integral Design at ITESO, exploring disciplines from interiors and graphic design to landscaping and production before graduating in 2024.
Her love for events began while studying event design, where she discovered the artistry and intention behind transforming an idea into an experience. Today, as Event Designer at Arianna Ocampo Creative, Ana Sofía brings a timeless and thoughtful perspective to each celebration, drawing inspiration from every couple’s story and translating it into a design that feels distinctly their own.
From florals and color palettes to tablescapes, spatial design, and personalized details, she considers how every element can work together to tell one cohesive story beautiful not simply for the sake of beauty, but because it has meaning.
After several years away while completing her studies, Ana Sofía returned to Los Cabos, the place she has always called home. For her, there is nothing quite like seeing months of ideas finally come to life, collaborating alongside talented creative partners, and witnessing a couple step into their celebration and experience their vision for the very first time.
Karen Ocampo
Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Los Cabos, Karen Ocampo brings a thoughtful blend of organization and creativity to Arianna Ocampo Creative. With a background in Marketing, she supports the team across the administrative details that keep each project moving seamlessly, while also contributing to the social media presence and storytelling of the AOC brand.
As Administrative Assistant, Karen works behind the scenes to keep the team connected, organized, and supported. Her understanding of marketing also allows her to bring a creative perspective to the brand, helping thoughtfully share the celebrations, details, and meaningful moments that define the AOC experience.
Having grown up in Los Cabos, Karen has a natural connection to the destination and the beauty, culture, and warmth that make it such a special place to celebrate. She loves being part of a team that transforms ideas into experiences and then finding meaningful ways to preserve and share those stories beyond the wedding day.
